Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Noida/India
Contract: Full-Time | 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract 

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Business Analyst to join our Business Analysis team in Software Services for a 6-month fixed term. The ideal candidate will be based in our Noida offices and will join a high performing team of Business Analysts reporting to our Consulting Manager who is based in the UK. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the implementation of our SaaS billing and CRM system for new clients throughout discovery, business process alignment, development, user acceptance testing and go live support phases of a project
• Providing support, managing change, analysing issues with our legacy billing products
• Developing a detailed knowledge of our products, demonstrating features to existing and potential clients and support its successful implementation 
• Identifying potential product changes required to meet customer needs 
• Capturing, interpreting, prioritising and delivering user stories / requirements and refinement of the client product backlog.
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels within the client and our own organisations
• Acting as the bridge between the client and the technical teams, translating business needs into requirements for the engineering teams and complex scenarios into understandable messages for clients

What You’ll Need:

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, IT, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst with experience of working on-shore
  
  Skills & Knowledge
  
  
• Experience of creating functional specification documents or user stories with detailed acceptance criteria and shaping work packages
• Proficient in the use of process modelling tools such as Visio
• Familiarity of both agile and waterfall software development lifecycles
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent spoken English

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Familiarity with utility billing systems and CRM applications
• Experience of the Salesforce platform, with Salesforce certifications being of particular interest
• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent) is a plus.
